Pickup Instructions
I hope you are looking forward to your trip! Here are the pickup and drop-off instructions - The vehicle is parked at ParkDIA Shuttle Parking, and the directions for how to get there are listed below. I'll send along key access instructions in a separate message within 2 hours of your trip start time.
*Important* Turo requires ID verification photos to be submitted on each trip. You should be prompted by the app on the main trip page to submit these photos prior to your reservation start time. The car cannot be rented until this step is complete.
**Important** Please use the following link to complete the parking reservation prior to your booking start time in order to pickup the vehicle (please ignore if you've already completed this step!)

Shuttle Directions:
Passengers may catch the shuttle to ParkDIA Shuttle Lot on either the East or West side of the airport, whichever is more convenient for you!
West side: Level 5, Door 504, Island 3. Once on Island 3, the shuttle will be on the left side.
East side: Level 5, Door 513, Island 3. Once on Island 3, the shuttle will be on the left side
The vehicle will be parked at the section labeled “Park My Share” in section “Blue D”, the lot attendant can direct you if needed! If you choose to use toll roads/lanes, the charge will route to my ExpressToll account and I can bill back through Turo when the statement is received.
When your trip is finished, please return the vehicle to the ParkDIA shuttle parking lot in the “Park My Share” section (Blue D) the attendant can direct you. Also, friendly reminder to please refuel the vehicle and remove any trash prior to drop-off. I will send out a reminder with all of this information again prior to your trip end!
