• The Giddy Up Full-Service Co-Hosting Management Program handles all aspects of Turo Host management. This includes guest communication, rental management, pricing, cleaning, and maintenance scheduling.
• Vehicles are listed under our Turo Power Host profile, along with a fleet of over 90 vehicles.
• You still have access to your vehicle! You are welcome to use your vehicle when it is not rented. Let us know the dates you would like to use the vehicle as soon as possible and we can block them off from availability, as long as there are no current bookings during the period.
• Revenue split: 70/30 (70% to Client / 30% to management). Parking, GPS, and any maintenance costs are deducted from Client earnings.

1. Car requirements – we generally take on vehicles with a model year of 2018 or newer with less than 130k miles. Vehicles must be in good working order and able to pass a Turo Inspection to be listed. We may make exceptions to the model year and/or vehicle type requirement under certain circumstances, unfortunately mileage is a hard requirement from Turo. We generally don’t add sedans to our Co-Host program as we have seen historically in the Denver market sedans are more profitable for the owners when self-managed.
2. Parking – Parking costs at the airport shuttle lot are largely covered by rental guests. Generally, owners pay ~$60/month for the difference.
3. GPS - GPS tracking is a necessity for rental management. We require a Bouncie GPS unit in each vehicle of the fleet. (Unit & monthly subscription can be taken from earnings)
4. Maintenance – We perform general maintenance (unless the owner opts to handle that aspect themselves) at a discounted rate. We will also take the vehicle to the shop if larger repairs are necessary and keep you in the loop throughout the process.
5. Insurance – Owners are required to keep current insurance for their vehicle.

All Giddy Up fleet vehicles are rented out at the ParkDIA Denver Airport Shuttle lot. We do not currently offer custom delivery to rental guests.
